We speak to Anjali Pathak about her top kitchen tips, and the sort of food she likes to cook at home.
Anjali learnt to cook at her mother’s elbow, and the tips, advice and recipes she inherited she still uses today. In this interview she offers advice on how to shop, cook and eat Indian, as well as dispelling a few myths and untruths about Indian food always being heavy and meaty. She tells us about her favourite cookbook, her ‘failsafe’ recipe that works every time, and her favourite piece of kitchen equipment.
