Indian salsa recipe
This dish is called a Cachumber which is a bit like an Indian Salsa and it goes very well with Indian food. In this one, the white, green and pink of the ingredients is very pretty and refreshing. I served this at my ‘Night of the senses’ meal with dahl, rice, aubergine and Indian pumpkin curry.
