Slow scrambled eggs recipe

There are two ways of doing scrambled eggs, fast and slow.  I personally prefer the slow way...You can potter about in the kitchen making tea and toast and the scrambled eggs can kind of be left to their own devices.

Step-by-step

  1. Melt a knob of butter in a pan
  2. Crack the eggs straight into the pan and season with salt and pepper
  3. Cook over a low heat for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally
