Aromatic oranges with pistachios and honey recipe
Sophie Grigson shares her aromatic oranges recipe with us (made even better when accompanied by baklava). This is such an easy dish to create when you are running low on time but still want to impress your guests.

- 4 Oranges
- 1 tbsp Runny honey
- 50 g Shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 0.75 tsp Ground cinamon
- 1 Baklava, to serve

Step-by-step
- Remove the peel and pith from the oranges and cut the fruit into ½ cm thickness slices
- Arrange the slices on a plate and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosewater and cinnamon. Scatter over the pistachio nuts and accompany with baklava
