How to make your own crunchy coleslaw recipe
A great accompaniment to a fresh summer quiche or with a jacket potato in the winter. It's always best to make your own!

Step-by-step
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated carrots, cabbage, sultanas and mixed seeds. Stir through the mayonnaise.
