Smoked mackerel pâté recipe
A delicious and very straightforward pâté that makes a good starter or summer lunch served with brown toast and wedges of lemon.

- 3 tsp horseradish sauce

Step-by-step
- Place all the ingredients, except the salt and pepper, in a food processor and using the pulse action process the mixture in short bursts until just combined.
- Season well with salt and pepper. Taste and add more lemon juice if required. Serve with toast or crackers.
