Breakfast beefsteak and eggs recipe

Step-by-step
- Pre heat a medium cast iron or non-stick pan over a medium heat until hot. Add the oil.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Place the steak in the pan and cook, turning once until well browned, (approx. 3 mins per side for medium-rare or longer if you prefer your steak well done).
- Transfer steak to a tray or board and cover with foil or cling film and rest for 5 minutes.
- While the steak is resting. prepare the eggs. Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Melt a tablespoon of butter.
- Crack eggs into a pan and cook until whites are set - about 3 mins. If you want the yolks to be cooked through, cover and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes more.
- Place steak on a warmed plate and place eggs of top of steak.
- Drizzle with a good olive oil. Season eggs with sea salt and cracked pepper. Serve.
