Asian prawn boats recipe
A delicious, healthy and spicy snack that takes just 10 minutes to put together. You can also make these tasty snacks using the seafood selections available in most supermarkets. These usually contain a mixture of prawns, squid and mussels.
Ingredients
- 100 g cooked and peeled prawns
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cm piece of root ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 little gem lettuce

Step-by-step
- Put the prawns, soy sauce, ginger, chilli and coriander into a bowl and stir to mix well.
- Spoon some of the mixture into a little gem leaf to eat.
- Any you don’t eat now will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
