Potato 'piglets' recipe
A simple dish that’s good value for money, the kids will love this potato alternative to a sausage roll. Serve on a bed of salad with or without vegetable accessories to bring the piglet to life.
Ingredients
- 6 medium fluffy potatoes, such as Maris Piper or King Edward

Step-by-step
- Cut a core out of the centre of each potato and stuff the sausage meat in its place.
- Bake in the oven at 200C / 180C fan / gas mark 6 for about 1 hour.
- When the potatoes are cooked remove from the oven and serve with salad.
