If you are down in Chattanooga, Tennessee you must have a hamburger at the Tremont Tavern. I believe that they grind their beef fresh every day. I don't about the places in Nashville but I have lived and traveled all over the United States and the burgers at the Tremont are probably in my top 2. They also have an expanded restaurant that is a local trendy place. Great beer selection.
