Zero-gravity meals
As well as keeping astronauts sustained so they can do their all-important work, space food needs to be lightweight, compact, long-lasting and nutritionally dense. But just as humankind has come on in leaps and bounds in terms of space travel itself, the meals eaten at zero gravity have drastically improved in the past few decades too.
