A lot of food was considered cheap until a chef got hold of it!!!! Belly pork, Lamb Breast, Oxtail, i could go on. Hope they keep thinking Coley is for cats or there goes my fish and chips. We do occasionally catch dogfish, so at least they'll stay free!!

Now do an article on foods that are still low-cost but delicious. I would add kidneys, chicken and duck skin, large potato peelings, ox, lamb and chicken livers, dabs, cuttlefish and dogfish, breast of lamb, pork osso bucco… IDIOT! What am I thinking by listing low cost items people don't consider? Now their prices will go up.
