Colorful north California mini-chain Amy’s Drive Thru puts a vegetarian twist on classic drive-thru fare. Burgers are made with vegetable patties and topped with plenty of crunchy veg, pickles, and cheese. Everything, including the beloved burritos, can be made vegan and/or gluten-free, too. The restaurants – with the original location in Rohnert Park, Sonoma County, and several others in northern California – are joyful, with bright murals, yellow tables, and a blue neon sign outside.
