Most chocolate Martinis use flavoured syrups or liqueurs, but this one uses a delicious combination of 70% dark chocolate and golden caster sugar for an extra hit of sweetness. Meanwhile, the Martini part is made by mixing vermouth with gin or vodka. They'd make a classy finale for a dinner party (just don't forget to chill your glasses in the freezer beforehand).
