Chiltern Firehouse – London

Big names like Chris Rock, Lindsey Lohan, Bradley Cooper and former UK Prime Minister David Cameron have dined at the Chiltern Firehouse brasserie in London’s Marylebone. The restaurant showcases contemporary dishes with an underlying American accent. Michelin-starred chef Nuno Mendes draws on his career split between the US and Europe to create a seasonal menu. A decadent dish served at Chiltern Firehouse is the roasted turbot with baby artichokes, seaweed and black truffle $63 (£48).
