Owned by husband-and-wife team Larry and Betty Hanselman since 1961, the restaurant is all about family, with the couple's six children and many grandchildren also helping out. The top dish is the bratzel, a jumbo salted pretzel covered with sauerkraut, two bratwurst sausages, and honey-mustard sauce, which has been voted the number one sandwich in Indiana. There’s even a glockenspiel that plays every half hour.
