The menu at La Guelaguetza comes straight from Oaxaca. Run by five brothers (and named after a Oaxacan cultural festival), the restaurant puts the food of the region front and center. The quesabirria tacos are the ones to go for here; the melt-in-your-mouth meat is complemented perfectly by red onions, cilantro, and cheese, and the dish is served with a gorgeous dipping sauce.
