The eating habits of the world’s fastest man are not what you’d expect. The Jamaican sprinter ate close to 100 chicken nuggets a day while competing in the Beijing Olympics. He confessed in his autobiography that he ate 40 nuggets the first day then about three boxes of 20 the next. He also enjoys eating boiled yams, which are high in Vitamin C and potassium.
