Three Little Pigs produce award-winning cured meats, including these salamis and chorizo, in Yorkshire. All pigs are reared on the Clarkson farm, which has been in the same family for five generations.

Yorkshire Dama Cheese was founded by Razan Alsous, who fled the Syrian war in 2012. Her squeaky halum cheese has won numerous awards including The World Cheese Award Gold 2016/2017. 

Emus might be native to Australia but you can buy their eggs from Clarence Court. The Cornish company, which is based in Liskeard, also sells ostrich, pheasant, goose and turkey eggs, among others. 

Founded in 1875, Charbonnel et Walker hold a Royal Warrant and are amongst Britain’s oldest chocolatiers. The iconic Pink Marc de Champagne Truffles are one the company's biggest sellers. 

Awarded Double Gold 2016 at The World's Original Marmalade Awards, The Artisan Kitchen's Seville Orange Aperol preserve is handmade in Gloucestershire. 

Scottish company Mademoiselle Macaron was founded by Rachel Hanretty, who tasted her first macaron in Paris and instantly fell in love with the French delicacies. 

Karaway bakery was founded in London by a family with roots in Russia, Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine. This award-winning Lithuania scolded rye is a bestseller. Stockists include Selfridges, Harrods and Whole Foods.

London-based company Cantini specialises in making panforte, a traditional Italian cake filled with fruit and nuts. The Panforte Il Fico gained three stars at the 2017 Great Taste Awards. 

Hesper Farm Skyr Icelandic-style yoghurts are made with British milk in the Yorkshire Dales. The cow featured on the packaging is called Baby and was bought by the company founder Sam Moorhouse when he was just 14. 

Ghee is clarified butter that originated in India and is mostly used in Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine. Happy Butter in Totnes, Devon, produces this artisan variety, which was nominated for a Great British Food Award. 

Earl Stonham Farm in Suffolk is the UK’s largest producer of pure-bred wagyu beef. Wagyu is a traditional Japanese breed – ‘wa’ means Japanese and ‘gyu’ means cow. The meat is available to buy at Lidgates. 

Inspired by travels in South America, Helen and Stephen Pattinson began developing Montezuma chocolate bars in their kitchen. The innovative flavours include caramelised sesame with sunflower seeds and chilli with lime.

'Nduja is a spicy, spreadable pork which originates from Italy but has grown in popularity in the UK over the last few years. Ruth Davies of Cwm Farm, Swansea, who learned how to make it in Tuscany in 2015, set up in business and was declared runner-up at the Great British Farm Produce Awards 2016.

Did you know marshmallows originated in Egypt before they were developed by the French? These Great Taste Award-winning Really Rather Rhubarby Marshmallows are created by Dulci Bella Marshmallows, a company based in Tunbridge Wells.

Slow-fermented French dough is rolled with cheddar cheese and marinated olives to create delicious olive bread sticks. They’re created by Mr T.G Pullin’s Bakery, which was established in Yatton, North Somerset, in 1925. 

Tortilla chip producer Manomasa offers a range of Mexican and Spanish inspired flavours including chipotle & lime, and tomatillo salsa. Surprisingly, the company is based in Gateshead. 

Water buffalo are originally from Asia, but there's a slow-reared herd on the Chalk Downs in Hampshire owned by Broughton Water Buffalo, producers of these award-winning steaks.
 

Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire offers a range of award-winning produce made from the milk yielded from a herd of water buffalo. The range includes ice cream, mozzarella, cheddar and gouda. It’s also the setting for ITV1’s Sugar-Free Farm.

La Tua Pasta has been making artisan fresh pasta in London since 2006. These hand-folded tortelloni are filled with wild boar.

Patchwork Traditional Foods, which is based in Denbighshire, North Wales, teamed up with Chase Distillery in Herefordshire to create this innovative chicken liver pâté with smoked vodka.

Artisan producer Suffolk Salami uses traditional methods carried out in Italy and Spain to produce award-winning products that can be found in Waitrose, Harvey Nichols and Fortnum & Mason.
