The fifth and final cupcake in our sugar-laden gallery is... key lime.

Jazz it up with Eric Lanlard’s key lime cupcakes. Fresh and zesty, they are perfect for summertime and Eric suggests adding some chopped mint to turn them into mojito cupcakes! A cup of roasted coconut in the mix works well, too.
