The third delight in our very delicious gallery is... a simple, zingy lemon cupcake.
Lemon
The simplest formulas are often the best. All you’ll need is the zest and juice of a lemon to flavour these lemon cupcakes. If you want to, why not add a swirl of lemon frosting on top? Or maybe just a zingy sugar and lemon juice glaze?
