Hotline and Twitter help for Christmas turkey trouble

Updated on 21 January 2019 | 0 Comments

Worried about having a kitchen nightmare this Christmas? Then you might want to jot these down.

If you’re having turkey traumas this Christmas, then help is at hand both on the telephone and on Twitter.

If you want to speak to someone on the phone, then try the freephone British Turkey Hotline. It’s manned by real people from the British Turkey Information Service between 9am and 5pm every weekday and on Christmas Eve.

And if you’re feeling embarrassed, don’t, as they say they’ve heard it all before.

The number to call is 0800 783 9994.

Or if you prefer a slightly more impersonal chat about anything to do with your Christmas lunch, you can try Tesco’s Realfood on Twitter.

They will have “accomplished home cooks” manning their account between 10am and 8pm on Christmas Eve and 8am and 4pm on Christmas Day.

Whatever your Christmas culinary dilemma log on to your Twitter account at http://twitter.com and tweet @tescorealfood and they’ll tweet you an answer.
