Super stock

Knorr, which was founded back in 1838 and is now owned by Unilever, is best known for its delicious stock varieties – a range that is continuing to expand.

The latest additions to the Knorr stock range are herb infusion stock pots and fish stock pots. The herb infusion pots combine natural aromatic herbs (thyme, parsley and bay leaves) with a vegetable stock base to give homemade casseroles, risottos and soups a boost.

The fish stock pots have been reduced for hours to capture the full flavours of a homemade fish stock – so they’re perfect for fish pies or a delicious bouillabaisse.

Supported by Marco Pierre White, the Knorr stock cube and stock pot range can be used to make a number of fantastic recipes including this wonderfully easy recipe for curried chicken and this tasty lemon and thyme chicken.

Seasonal box

The box that’s up for grabs will include a range of Knorr products, as well as cold smoked London Cure Salmon, hot smoked trout, lamb, baby leeks, baby carrots, large spring onion bulbs and peas.

Apart from the Knorr products, all other items will be supplied by Forman & Field, which specialises in fresh, traditional British produce.

The box will also include a recipe for seafood ragu with gnocchi as well as an exclusive recipe from Marco Pierre White himself for his quick lamb stew.
