Alice Hart was the youngest ever food editor at Waitrose Food Illustrated magazine and, as well as writing about food, she also cooks and styles food for photo shoots professionally.
She's a Leiths School of Food and Wine graduate, and runs a Farmers' Market bakery stall in her spare time. Her pop-up restaurant in London's Shoreditch in February 2010 sold out in less than a day.
Here she tells us how to eat well, and gives us a couple of top tips on what to cook for dinner guests.
