Kettle chips competition: win your own bespoke flavour of crisps!

Updated on 11 May 2012 | 0 Comments

We've teamed up with top hand-cooked crisp company Kettle Chips to make a special bespoke flavour.

Kettle Chips founder Cameron Healy began frying potatoes in 1982, so this year is the firm's 30th birthday. After travelling through Europe he and his son decided to open a UK factory in Norwich in 1987. Kettle Chips are made with the same simple approach they adopted 30 years ago; top quality potatoes, sunflower oil and authentic seasonings. These are hand cooked in small batches to give the distinctive golden colour, crunch and flavour.

lovefood’s bespoke flavour

To celebrate their anniversary, the folks at Kettle Chips reckon they can make pretty much any flavour we’d like... so we thought we’d ask you, our readers, to suggest one. The one we like the most will be made up into a small, totally unique batch, and sent to the winner along with a bottle of fizz. So, thinking caps on: what flavour would you like to munch on?

How do I enter?

Easy, just suggest a flavour, or combination of flavours that – within reason – Kettle could make for us. Salmon and Bloody Mary sauce? Marmite and crab paste? Put your suggestion in the comments box below, or leave your answer on our facebook wall. Usual lovefood T&Cs apply and the editor's decision is final.

The prize

A box of your own bespoke flavour crisps and a bottle of something fizzy to wash them down with.
