Would you like a private cookery masterclass with a Michelin starred chef? Then enter our competition quick!

Claude Bosi is the head chef at Two Michelin Star restaurant Hibiscus in London, so it’s fair to say he knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. Claude has created four exclusive Christmas recipes using the new range of mustards from Maille, makers of fine French condiments since 1747.  This year Maille launched their amazing new range of mustards, sauces and vinegars. The prize

You can win one of five places at a Maille Christmas cookery class with Claude Bosi in Central London. The event is going to be held on Monday 5th December 2011. During the session Claude will teach you to make these recipes and enjoy a tasting.
