Olives from Spain has teamed up with the Food at 52 cookery school to offer two lucky lovefood.com readers the chance to embrace their Mediterranean spirit and learn to create delicious tapas dishes, using the finest olives from Spain, at a fun filled cookery class in London.
The class will take place at the end of September 2011 and you can bring a friend!
Spanish olives
Spain and olives share a rich history and although many people believe the majority come from Greece and Italy, in fact it’s Spain that remains the world's top producer of the table olive.
Olives are a key ingredient in traditional Spanish tapas and make up a large part of the Mediterranean diet - not only are they delicious but they are also a great source of nutrition.
The prize
The two lucky winners and their chosen guests will learn to create a selection of mouth-watering dishes using different types of Spanish olives and other traditional Spanish ingredients. They will also be guided through a interactive tasting session to develop both their knowledge and palate of green, black, 'turning colour' and stuffed olives.
Whether you're a budding chef or complete kitchen novice, Food at 52 has plenty of experience in harvesting culinary talent with its hands-on and relaxed approach that will leave you inspired to reproduce the dishes at home.
The course will take place at its Georgian House in Clerkenwell, London and provides the perfect setting to start your Spanish cuisine adventure.

1. All entries must be submitted below by Monday, 29 August 2011 to be valid entries into the draw.

3. The draw will be made by Monday, 5 September 2011.
4. There are two prizes of a cookery course for the winner plus a friend.
5. The cookery class can be taken on the evening of 22 September or 28 September. Timing is a little flexible, however, and these dates are subject to change.
6. The prize does not include accommodation.
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email.
8. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
9. lovefood.com reserves the right to publish the user name of competition winners.
