The frugal food round-up!
Here's our round-up of the new restaurant deals and grocery discounts on offer.
We've tracked down the best bargains and hottest offers to keep you fed and watered this week.
So without further ado, let's kick off with the top deals at your local supermarket...
Best grocery offers
Tesco's latest offerings include a 2 for 1 deal on Soreen malt loaf, and a hefty discount on its own-brand muffins; packs of four have been reduced from £1.59 to just £1.
ASDA is doing a particularly good deal on crisps at the moment, with ten-packs of Nik Naks, Wheat Crunchies and Skips all reduced to £1.
Sainsbury's is doing 2 for 1 deals on a range of Pizza Express pizzas, and is selling 500ml of Green & Black's organic chocolate or vanilla ice cream for just £2.50 (down from the usual £3.99).
The Co-op's Big Five deal focuses on cheap fruit and veg, including nectarines at £1 a punnet, and plums at £1 per 400g.
Morrisons obviously has its fingers crossed for some sun this summer; its BBQ Meal Deal means you can get all this for just £4.
And deep discounter Netto also has some tasty special offers this week, including 50% off 400g of Seriously Strong cheddar (now just £1.84), and 50% off two litre bottles of Tango - now priced at 69p each.
Finally (drum-roll please!) Marks & Spencer's two dine for £10 deal is back this weekend. The ever-popular main + side + dessert + wine offer runs until Sunday (26th July), and you can view the full menu here.
Tipple
If it's wine you're after, have a look in Morrisons. The store currently has this selection of wine on offer at less than half price.
And if beer's your thing, it may be worth paying Netto a visit; you can currently pick up 24 cans of Carlsberg in-store for just £11.99.
Best restaurant deals
Last week saw the end of quite a few 2 for 1 restaurant deals. The good news is - several more have popped up to take their place. Hoorah!

At Millie's Cookies, you can get your hands on a print-off voucher booklet which includes various 2 for 1 deals on cookies and ice cream. The vouchers expire on 31st October.
And you can also claim a free coffee at Pret a Manger. Pick up a free Pret Card in-store, register it on the Pret website and it will be charged with the price of a coffee, up to the value of £2.10. Then visit Pret again and claim that caffeine!
Foolish assistance
This week we're highlighting The Motley Fool's Recipes & Cooking board. Nip over there for gourmet cooking tips, find out where to get your hands on obscure ingredients, and learn how to make good-quality meals for less.

Seasonal tip
Finally, the peak of the blackberry season is fast approaching. The brambles on my roof terrace have done me proud, and I'm now getting jugfuls of blackberries from a seedling I bought for just £1.99 a couple of years ago (RIP Woolworths...).
Don't fancy growing your own? Have a look at this Country Life article for tips on blackberrying, and blackberry recipes.
You can still find this free, delicious food in hundreds of places all over the UK. And if you don't know of any spots near you, the comments at the bottom of this Guardian blog post should provide some inspiration.
Just don't eat them all before you get home!
