Peter Sidwell

Peter Sidwell is the author of Simply Good Taste (2009) and owner of the Good Taste café in Keswick, Cumbria - 'We go for simplicity, quality and freshness - and our customers pick up on our passion for good food.' He also presents cooking show Lakes on a Plate on Channel 4. Peter is a keen fisherman and fell walker, who loves living in the Lake District and cooking for family and friends.
