Daniel Galmiche

Charismatic, modest and a true gentleman; a Frenchman living and working for most of his career in England, he has held a Michelin star for 20 years. Gastonomy's "Best Kept Secret". By those in the know, he is described as the "king of contemporary French cooking". A celebrity Chef, he regularly appears on TV (BBC's Saturday Kitchen with James Martin) and features in the TV Series with TV Chef, cook and Author, Rachael Allen "Home Cooking". He has recently starred alongside James Martin in his series on UK TV Food where they visited Brittany and Champagne. He also appeared in an episode of BBC's "The Supersizers eat..." about the Restoration with Giles Coran and Sue Perkins.Daniel's first cookbook was published at the start of September called French Brasserie Cookbook.
