Jim Fisher

Jim Fisher is a passionate and charismatic chef, he believes in sourcing the most fresh and local produce possible and bringing people together with great food and drink. he can offer recipes on a budget, sharing foods, French classics and English classics, his French Christmas is especially delightful for someone who want's to try something different this year. After working as a Policeman for most of his life, Jim decided to dive into his true passion, cooking. He entered Masterchef and got through to the Semi Finals. Shortly after he won a competition run by Rick Stein, who later employed him to work in his kitchen. Jim also appeared on TV with Tony Tobin of Ready Steady fame. Finally Jim took a leap of faith and moved to France, setting up a gorgeous cookery school there with his wife, where he as successfully been teaching for 6 years.
