Her love of cooking has grown into a passion that has led her to travel the world and incorporate an eclectic range of influences into her cooking style - earning her great acclaim when head chef at Delfina's (During this time she spent an "absolutely mind blowing season" in Spain cooking with culinary maestros Ferran AdriĆ at El Bulli and Elena Arzack in San Sebastian) and the Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room. Maria is currently executive chef for Joe's at Draycott Avenue.
