The Gurkha Chefs
Thanks to the British Army, curry is officially the nation's favourite dish. Back in the 18th and 19th centuries 20,000 British Soldiers were stationed across the sub continent and the cooks of the East India Company developed anglicised versions of Indian dishes, and curry was born. The Soldiers' Charity Big Curry is therefore a fitting way to support our soldiers, former soldiers and their families.
