Caroline Bretherton
After spending 8 years as a fashion model, Caroline decided to dedicate herself to her passion for food, founding her company, Manna Catering, in 1995. Her fresh, light and stylish cooking soon developed a stylish following to match, with a client list that included celebrities, art galleries, theatres, fashion magazines and photographers, as well as cutting edge companies such as Nike and L'Oreal. 2009 saw Caroline begin to develop a career in print, something that she had always wanted to do. She became a regular contributor to the Weekend supplement in the Times on Saturday where she became known as the 'family food writer'. Her first book 'The Allotment Cookbook' was published by Dorling Kindersley in March 2011, with a second 'A Complete Guide to Baking' following by the end of that year.
