Claire Clark

Pastry chef Claire Clark, previously at The French Laundry, has experienced some of London's most prestigious kitchens, including The Wolseley, Claridges, Ritz, and The Bluebird to name just a few. Clark was also named "Best Pastry Chef" by Restaurant Magazine in 2005.
