Katherine Marland runs Kather's Kitchen and cooks for guests of Humble by Nature, Kate Humble's new rural skills centre in Monmouthshire. Kather does cookery demonstrations and teaches cooking. She has recently launched the Kather's Kitchen pop-up restaurant at Humble by Nature.
