Case and Sons

Case & Sons Wiltshire cure bacon was first sold in the small town of Trowbridge in 1877 when Harvey Case opened the doors to his family butchers. After 130 years in the business and only a slight geographical shift to neighbouring Wiveliscombe, their century-old Wiltshire cure recipe has hardly changed. Making top quality butcher's bacon available nationally, time and tradition are the ingredients for Case & Sons success. Proud holders of the Royal Warrant, their multi award-winning thick cut, back bacon rashers have been tempting the taste buds of bacon lovers for years and are still cured to the same century-old Wiltshire `wet cure' recipe which gives the bacon its dry, meaty and succulent taste and texture. They've even been known to turn hard core veggies back into meat eaters.
