David and Holly Jones

Holly and David met in 1982 at the University of London where they quickly discovered a common interest in good food and drink. However, it wasn't until 20 years later, in 2002, that they finally took the plunge and set up Holly Jones Ltd in order to run the catering function at the Royal Dart Yacht Club in Devon together. They set up their first cookery classes in May 2006 at the Manna from Devon Cooking School and five years on the School and the Business are flourishing. David and Holly are key players in the running of the Dartmouth Food Festival and regularly write for local magazines and appear at shows to demonstrate or talk on various food related topics.
