I'm a self-taught cook from Sunderland, Tyne and Wear who is currently writing a cookery book due for release in Spring 2013. I reached the finals of MasterChef 6 and have worked on This Morning, Perfect, Market Kitchen, Saturday Cookbook, Jamie Olivers Summer Rave Up aswell as appearing at food festivals all over the UK. I believe good food should be accessible to all and I'm really keen to pass on my knowledge of simple traditional British cookery using the best possible ingredients with the hope of getting people back in the kitchen! I attend school events raising awareness of British cookery and I also run a National private dining service.
