Andy Swinscoe

Andy Swinscoe studied Hospitality with Culinary Arts at university, during which he researched the history of British Cheese, before carrying out an apprenticeship at Mons Fromages in France and working for Paxton and Whitfield in London. He currently owns and operates The Courtyard Dairy, an award-winning specialist cheesemonger located in Settle, North Yorkshire (England) that specialises in traditional, farm-made, unpasteurised cheese.
