Felice Tocchini

As part of the Love Sweet Potatoes Campaign, celebrity chef and sweet potato lover, Felice Toccini has created a range of easy to follow and mouth-watering recipes. Felice owns two award-winning restaurants in Worcestershire, Fusion Brasserie and Fusion Too. He specialises in using fresh, local produce to create delicious food with an Italian twist and fantastic sweet potato creations. Felice also works at the “Novelli Academy” alongside Jean Christophe Novelli and has appeared on a number of TV programmes such as The One Show, Countryfile and The Gadget Show.
