Joy Parker

Joy Parker is a home economist and food stylist based in Cheltenham. After cutting her teeth working in restaurants in Paris, Joy started her career with Kraft Foods where, after several years, she became head of Home Economics. In her 20 years working in food Joy has created over 3,000 recipes on behalf of leading food businesses such as Asda, Kenwood, Elizabeth Shaw and Annabel Karmel and has worked with the Food Council.
