Luciano Catalinotto

Luciano Catalinotto was born in Leicester to an Irish mum and Italian dad. He worked at the Heythrop Park Hotel and Ardencote Manor in Warwickshire as well as in Rome, Venice and Sicilia before becoming Executive Head Chef at the Whittles Restaurant in Audley Binswood Retirement village (http://www.audleyretirement.co.uk/), a luxury living option for the over 55s which prides itself on its quality food. He’s also a regular guest on BBC Radio Warwickshire, and runs a photography business in his spare time.
