Vivien Reimbelli
Vivien Reimbelli was born in Milan in 1968. At the age of 10 he moved to Sardinia where he had his first culinary experience in his family's restaurant. He completed his education in Umbria where he graduated from the Catering Institute and then moved to Britain where he worked for major restaurant chains.
