Ross Dobson

Ross Dobson's passion for food began when he was young, influenced by the cuisines of his neighbours from Hong Kong and iTaly. He is a prolific cookbook author with more than a dozen books to his name including Chinatown, Fired Up, Fired Up Vegetarian, Grillhouse and King of the Grill. When he is not writing, he is kept busy as the owner of Sydney eateries, most recently The Vincent Diner.
