Charlie Goodgame

After being introduced to wild meat in 2018, Charlie enjoys creating simple, low fuss game dishes and is passionate about spreading the word when it comes to the health and environmental benefits of eating locally sourced wild meat. Charlie has been looking at how she can reduce her "carbon foodprint" and shares her dishes on her Instagram page @goodgamefood. Charlie is based in Sussex and lives with her husband Freddie and Labrador, Pepper. Charlie holds a BSc in Biochemistry and a MSc in Water and Environmental Management from the University of Bristol.
