Catherine Phipps is a freelance food writer and blogger. Her food experiences are diverse and range from running a hotel kitchen in the Caribbean to managing the produce from a smallholding in Norfolk. She writes for various publications including The Guardian's Word of Mouth and has a cookery book review column in the quarterly food journal Fire and Knives. She is based in London, with forays into Norfolk and is currently writing her first cookery book.
