Tony Borthwick
Tony Borthwick, Scottish Chef of the Year 2005, is self-taught although he may have picked up a tip or two while working at The Savoy in London before moving to Scotland and setting up The Plumed Horse. He first gained a Michelin star for The Plumed Horse in 2001, so is celebrating 10 years since this first star following the release of the Michelin Guide 2011.
