Santiago Guerrero has been Head Chef at Iberica Food & Culture in London since its opening in 2008. Santiago manages the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and together with two - Michelin starred chef Nacho Manzano, creates the seasonal Spanish tapas menu. His menu focuses on the very best in Spanish gastronomy with a strong emphasis on the quality and provenance of ingredients.
