Phil Vickery

Phil Vickery is one of the UK's most talented and popular chefs. He was head chef at the Castle Hotel in Somerset for nine years, where he won Michelin and Egon Ronay stars and was named The Times Restaurant of the Year and Egon Ronay Dessert Chef of the Year. Now a familiar face on TV, Phil is the resident chef of This Morning and appears regularly on Ready Steady Cook. His own TV series have included Phil Vickery's Pudding Club and Tastes of Europe. He is author of several award-winning books including Seriously Good! Gluten-Free Cooking. Phil is the Food Ambassador for Coeliac UK.
